Constitution reform - Discussion Papers

As you will be aware, NoSCA will be holding a meeting on Sunday 1st November 2015 at Nairn Pavilion to discuss changes to the NoSCA Constitution and Playing Conditions.

Jerry Bishop, as League President, has taken a lead on this and has produced several documents (see links below) which are intended to provide the basis for a discussion.

These are purely the President's ideas, but hopefully you will agree that they move us forward in trying to find solutions to some of the difficulties posed by our current Constitution and Playing Conditions.

It would be very helpful if all club members and interested parties could consider the points put forward and produce alternatives or suggestions which can be brought along to the meeting on the day (or better still, distributed before hand).

Please remember, this process is intended to provide an opportunity for all our member clubs and players to participate in producing a clearer set of guidelines for our Association.

There will also be an opportunity to seek clarification on the procedure at the NoSCA meeting which is being held on Monday 14th September at Nairn, but if you have any questions please don't hesitate to get in touch with Jerry Bishop on (07766) 528615.
